I've Just finished my second year of my degree which i'm studying at Newcastle. So just another year to go. Degree is in Community Based Health and Exercise Science. I am also a Personal Trainer and i work in a gym.
I enter Bodybuilding shows/comps. I competed in 2005 and won the NABBA North Britain & the British Finals. I then took 2006 out of competing to add Muscle mass and have a hernia operation. Both were successful. I also have a Half sponsorship with a company called PerfectUK. I get big discounts off all their products so a massive Thanks to them!

Couldn't get a better buzz! {Who needs drug's eh?} |  | | Advise for any Bodybuilder wannabe | | A lot of lads keep asking me 'How do i get massive?' or 'What gear should i take?' Bollox i tell them. Eat good food about 6 times a day. Train hard when your in the gym. The main key is Carbohydrates, a lot of people think if they drink protein shakes all day they will get big. Wrong, Protein should only be consumed every 2-3 hours. If anyone wants more info get in touch. |  |
